used abstract transtion strategy for weifhtered and random in area stratgegy (now both extend the abstract ITransition)

Added a new ITransitionStrategy such that nodes now roam around attraction points when they have a radius.

Error fix for color retrieval in the node info component viz. Now use red as standard color if the available range of colors is exceeded.

Random attraction generator now also gives a randomly generated radius to all APs. APs cannot have overlapping Radii

- JSON Attraction Generator: Now takes an upper limit int for only using the first n locations from the given JSON file.
- JSON Placement: Places nodes on *all* attraction points and not only the first.

Made AttractionPointImpl an extension to BasicAttractionPoint, since both did iomplement exactly the same base functions.

Fixed a bug in the weighted transition strategy where nodes would most probably just wait the minimum pause time (plus a little bit) and therefore the waiting times were not quite right (especially for big differences)

Refactored the way that energy consumation is calculated for the energy models. Now the consumation is calculated on every energy component for itself, since the state change is of no interest to the energy model. Makes the process easier.
Monitor logging can now be added to the respective energy components, if that is wished again (was removed from the energy model anyways!).
