3D position functions added to PositionVector class

~ Analyzer works now with the new structure
~ New positions are always added, old ones are kept.

- e.g., use Delta_* to filter for all metrics with a name starting with
"Delta_"
- Added an ActiveComponent filter, that utilizes a LifecycleComponent's
isActive() method to invalidate metrics for inactive hosts

initialized clean Simonstrator-PeerfactSim.KOM-repository to FINALLY get rid of huge blob objects and ancient history that is not relevant to the simonstrator-branch of PeerfactSim.KOM
