Bug fix flash crowd workload

This bug caused for very small FlashCrowdIntervals that, with a high probability, the target peer population (= maxPeersOnline * FlashCrowdMultiplier) is not reached or that the flash crowd is skipped completely.

Extended the VisualizationTopologyView

A minor extension that allows entries in the checkbox list to be hidden and, thus, make the visualization more intuitive. All changes are backwards-compatible.

This feature is used by the new Visualization of Transit++.

Fixed encoding problem that caused Maven not to build the project

For some reason, the "-" symbol in the Javadoc headers caused problems when building the project with Maven, called from a script. This might have been caused by someone editing the file with the wrong file encoding setting.
