Merge Master into nr/monitoring-model

Rewrote Visualization. Rewrote menu creation. Added periodic repainting. Fixed getStatus(). Removed overload debug output.

- Attraction Points with weights and radii
- Local movement with correct speed in scaled scenarios
- New weighted transition strategy for local movement
