Add compatibility checks for 'Revisited' mods (#260) 

Specifically, treating "Lifecycle Rebalance Revisited" the same as its predecessor "Citizen Lifecyle Rebalance", and "Ploppable RICO Revisited" the same as "Ploppable RICO".
