- added paremeter to let RealStreetMovement break through walls
- added TransitionStrategy that randomly selects Waypoints as targets

Topology fix

Fixes bugs in DefaultTopologyComponent **recalculateLocalView()**:
It now returns a copy of the current position.
Also fixed a bug where it tries to generate edges to nodes not in the graph.
